At PEI, this means high-quality, low volume custom plastic enclosures with no molds, no dies, no upfront heavy investment of capital.

To understand our process, it is best to compare it with sheet metal fabrication. The basic steps of our process are:

• Design the enclosure to comply with
  our manufacturing technique.
• Develop the manufacturing (CNC)
  program and assembly plan to
  meet the customer 's specs.
• Cut and score plastic sheets with
  High-speed CNC routers.
• Bend and fold the cut panels using specialized plastic fabrication equipment.
• Assemble the formed panels, components, and hardware into the finished product.
